We recently found Zero Carb bread and bagels in a local health store. So, we decided to buy it and try it. It is a good alternative to regular bread, but not the same taste. The bread is good when making a sandwhich. The bagels were alright with everything but the bagel seasoning on it. Texture is close denser than regular breads. And it doesn't brown well in a toaster, but does on a skillet.
So we think this is a good alternative to breads, albeit a little pricey.
