Lost over 4 lbs. in the last week!

Ryan here! We have a smart scale to track our weight and body fat plus other items. I mostly only watch the weight on there as Body fat and the others aren't always accurate.  I weighed 181.1 on the 14th of January. As of this morning I am at 176.9. I always weigh myself after I wake up and before I eat or drink anything. I would have probably ended up losing more but, I have a craving for peanut butter every night and end up eating 3 or 4 large spoonfuls of it. Hey, at least its not the worst thing to eat and it cures my cravings. We do need to get healthier peanut butter so I don't feel as guilty when I am eating it! Also have not drank any soda of any type in over a week and don't even miss it. Drinking mostly water and flavored water!

I do go get a wellness check next Monday at the doctor's and doing a blood panel to make sure everything is still in order.  I will update after my visit and results.
